My crypto journey started in January 2021 in the Cardano ecosystem where I found the developing creation of a parallel ‘everything’ system! I continue to explore, experiment and educate myself and others along the journey, across many chains now, and Cardano remains my home.
Oil Painting has always been a place for me to meditate, escape, express myself and provide things that others love. Paintings, the physical assets themselves, I have come to find are an amazing tool for applying the technology available which blockchain provides, solving numerous pitfalls that traditional artist who are trying to make a living face.
In the last two years my subjects have been “NFT Inspired”, “Landscape”, “On Brand” and generally speaking “Realism” in that I take a photo and create my rendition of the same thing in Oils.
Because of the amazing network throughout the Cardano Community my paintings now hang on walls across the globe. Every physical piece has a 1:1 Digital Twin NFT associated with it that is held in the wallets of the owners that prove ownership of the piece, track sales history, provide website links and connect the owner (or their progeny) with the artist collectors community. Furthermore, each painting has an RFID chip behind the signature space that can be scanned and connects directly with the NFT!
